Where We Ship
Currently, we only ship within Switzerland. We plan to expand soon—stay tuned!

Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 36 hours (excluding weekends & holidays).
Delivery takes up to 5 business days after your order is confirmed.
Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control, but if any delay should occur, you will be informed by e-mail.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number.
You can track your package directly via the provided link.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are based on Swiss Post rates.
If you buy 2 or more products, you get free shipping.

Canceling Your Order
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after receiving your confirmation email.
To cancel, email info@nooria-swiss.com with your order number & details.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, but only in specific cases:
The product was damaged during delivery.
You received the wrong item.
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or correctly delivered products. Items must remain sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
If you believe your product qualifies for a return, please contact us at info@nooria-swiss.com with your order number and details.

How do I return a product?
Email info@nooria-swiss.com with your order number & reason for return.
Wait for our team’s confirmation (we may ask for photos of the product).
Ship the item to the return address we provide.
Once received, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
We recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
